This month, we have been exploring different types of activities conducted by field reps using the Repsly Mobile CRM app. Activities are consisted of filling out mobile forms, taking orders, audits or inspections, recording client notes and taking photos.
This week, we looked at distribution of activities by activity type by region. Results show that there are very little regional differences. Notable differences include the fact that Asia Pacific region had the highest number of reps who use photos and forms - outpacing the rest of the world by 10-15 percent. Europe also had the highest number of reps who use audits and orders.
